The standards you walk past are the standards you accept

It’s the culture of YOU and the company you represent; your behaviour is the breadmaker for future business.

Everything you choose to do adds up to something either positive or negative. Aim for the positive.

Respect the people you work with; respect the people you work for.

Return calls, actively listen, ask questions, be authentic.

Show up early, tidy, organised, show initiative: learn the routine and be efficient.

Do these and watch your career blossom. Word of mouth will build your good name and your future business.

What standards do you set for yourself and your team?

  • Deliver and exceed on this expectation.
  • The plumbing trade has a history intimately tied in with the development of human civilization. Tradesman have left a legacy of quality systems they have built. You now have an opportunity to contribute to this legacy.
  • What you build and repair affects future generations they must either look at poor workmanship, deal with it, or derive great pleasure from a well built and easily maintained system.
